Light sources
LEDs with extremely bright light output are mounted very tightly. 360 degree shadow-free illumination is possible. The Direct Ring Light illuminates the object directly from a flat board. Suitable to detect smallest divergences of reflectance between target objects. Used for not reflecting objects needing a strong lighting. The LEDs are ring-shaped concentrated on the flexible board. The light is focused at the center of the illumination system. An optional diffusor plate can be mounted to improve illumination.

SANXO – Diffuse flat lightsource
The new SAN-20W white light source provides many outstanding features for the SANXO-Scope HD digital microscope family. Its enclosure is made of powder coated aluminum. There are 170 LEDs providing very strong and evenly distributed light for the digital microscope at 6500K. The light source is dimmable with the knob on the right side of the enclosure. Its ergonomic design enables the user to adjust the angle of the light source.

FFPQ – Low Angle Diffuse Light
The FFPQ series generates highly-diffuse and homogeneous light with a low angle. This allows shiny, flat, and also rectangular surfaces to be inspected for defects and also to be ideally illuminated. The FFPQ series is used as dark field light at low working distances.
-
FFPR – Low Angle Diffuse Light
The FFPR series generates highly-diffuse and homogeneous light with a low angle. This allows shiny and flat surfaces to be inspected for defects. The FFPR series is an alternative when the FLDR-LA3 series generates excessive reflections.

FHLV-FLSP-FHSP – Spotlight
Specially designed condenser lens and rod lens are combined to emit highly uniform, high luminosity condensed light. High powered spot lights compatible with machine micro lenses. collimated optics and light guides to produce maximum illuminance. small and light weight for easy handling.
-
FIBS – Multi-angle Ring Light
All in one lighting with multi color and multi angle. The arrangement of the LEDs allows an unprecedented level of illumination of the parts being inspected. Thus, various defects can be checked in a single measurement.
-
FLDL-TP – Bright Backlight
Slim-type lighting with LEDs mounted at the bottom of the light guide to brighten it. LEDs are arranged at high intensity to produce high luminosity. Ideal for shilouette inspection
-
FLDL+FHDL – Bar Light
Bar-shaped lighting using high-intensity LEDs. They create optimum oblique lighting conditions. Flexible installation to enable a wide range of applications. Usable as high intensity surface lighting. Reflections can be controlled by the included diffusion plate.
-
FLDM+FHDM+FFDQ – Domelight
Dome Lights allow shadow-free uniform light covering 180 degrees. For inspection of objects with glossy or non-flat surfaces or foil wrapped objects. The small FLDM-i50 is cylindric, all the others dome-shaped and illuminated from below. FHDM are equipped with high brightness LEDs to provide 360 degrees uniformity and larger coverage on the object area. FHDM operate at constant current sources in strobe mode. FFDQ is a flat square dome
-
FLDR-LA – Low Angle Ringlight
This series is equipped with low-angle illumination ideal for edge detection, embossing and damage on metal surface, while rendering the area below the edge completely dark. It allows inspection of reflective objects from a close angle without producing reflections. Ideal for slightly uneven surfaces. The light is equipped with diffuser by default, excluding UV products). High Power versions and UV versions are also available for related applications.
-
FLFL – Diffuse Flat Backlight
Power-saving back light system with a very thin design and a very uniform surface light emission profile. Just having a casing height of 7-10 mm permittes the application even with very limited mounting space. Ideal for silhouette inspection, inspection of dimension and shape of lead frame, visual inspection of dimenison and shape of electronic parts. IC lead for gauging inspection for TSSOP, SOIC, DIP, SC7O, SOT, QFP
-
FLFR – Diffuse Ringlight
Due to the 90° angular alignment of its SMD LEDs the FLKR series generates extremely homogeneous, slightly angled light intromission. Its primary application is to illuminate shiny components and to highlight beveled edges. Its small height also allows the FLKR series to be used when installation space is restricted.
-
FLFV+FHFV – Coaxial Light
Coaxial is a uniform light that runs perpendicular with camera axis across the entire field of view makes on-axis illumination system. FHFV possess High Power-SMDs.
